A person who is truly blind can't sense light so he can't reset his inner circadian rhythms, in effect he/she suffers from permanent jet-lag.

But maybe he's got a clock that's always ticking to reset his inner time-sense.

And maybe he uses the ticking of the clock like echolocation clicks (stealing from [[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Kish|Daniel Kish]]

And maybe all the freed up visual pattern matching facilities are somehow utilized to sense and manipulate great cycles of synchronicity.

Also, maybe an awesome hacker who can speak fluent modem, like those [[http://www.wired.com/2004/02/phreaks-2/|Badir brothers]].
