Lord Stas Coldwater of Coldwater Burn.
Lord Stas is young and inherited the house two years ago upon the death of his father, Lord Ignat Coldwater, of alcoholism. The young Lord is short, thick and moody, with a young fat wife and a newborn daughter.
Coldwaters are known for distilling Coldwater Burn, a potent alcoholic beverage not unlike Vodka. Their craggy terraced cliffs are good growing grounds for potatoes, and they have strong and ancient trading connections in Westeros and beyond.
