Hard for people to accept AI coded in JavaScript

Bruce Sterling found this timeline to the Singularity written by someone promoting open source AI. Sterling: The awesomest part of this cosmic prediction is the notion that open-source guys can deliver on time.. That timeline page has the line Contra-Singularity aspects : Hard for people to accept AI coded in JavaScript, which I found funny. They also have a link to this open source AI model thing. The whole web site / net looks like spamblogger mimicking a mentally-defective AI with English as a second language (first one must be Forth). I guess that’s appropriate.

Mind.html and Mind.Forth are both very serious attempts to create true artificial intelligence. As of today Thurs.4.MAY.2006, the Mind.Forth program is more advanced than the obsolete and very buggy Mind.html program in JavaScript. When I have perfected Mind.Forth sufficiently for a SourceForge file release, I intend to bring the Mind.html program in JavaScript up on a par with the Forthmind AI. By the way, the JavaScript Mind.html program has a substantial installed user base here and there around the world. The WIRED blog mention by Bruce Sterling and here in your own prestigious but somewhat sardonic blog is the first break-out of the Open-Source AI project into the mainstream media. Oh, by the way, the estimated date of the SIngularity for 2012 accidentally happens to be a “Mayan end time” that comes when the Mayan calendar comes to an end in 2012. This sunchronicity (I mean, synchronicity) was totally accidental and not contrived. Thank you for helping to bring about the Technological Singularity (or to give Society the chance to prevent it). -ATM/Mentifex

OMG Bruce Sterling!!!
This is as much mainstream media as that is Singularity-seeding AI…
